Answering here because the thread-title seems more suitable: For me the mentioned thread (https://together.jolla.com/question/109180/feature-request-add-missing-apps-to-the-chat-application-list/?answer=109214#post-id-109214) works for the sound/vibration notification, which is now functional.

Reposting the answer from @gehova and @drummer12:

Gain root access via devel-su, then add the following lines to the file /usr/share/lipstick/androidnotificationproperties:

Threema;chat,chat_exists
package:ch.threema.app;chat,chat_exists

The downside: I still don't get LED notifications from threema with this.

Did anyone else experience this?

UPDATE, SOLVED: LED notification now works, as I have moved the two threema lines from the end of the file in between the other applications in the text file.

UPDATE, SOLVED: SOLVED: LED notification now works, as I have moved the two threema lines from the end of the file in between the other applications in the text file.
