Is this the only device you have got, or did you flash your copy of Sailfish X on another phone before?before? The reason for my asking is that android support is bound to the license and hence issued only once per IMEI (your phone's unique ID).

If so, you will have to buy another license or have the IMEI changed which is bound to your Jolla account.
