Update: Problem solved, pointed out by @drummer12: Section 2 of; Completing the Update; using a few lines of code in Terminal; ssu release version --dup(enter), waited a minute or two and refreshing the update finished, update notification icon gone

After upgrading to, I'm still being offered the same update. Naturally I went into settings/system/Sailfish OS updates so as to complete the check for updates, which already appears to be 'checking', but all I get is the circular waiting animation.

I have also checked using ssu commands to make sure the phone is set to sales domain and is set to, everything seems to be set as it should be. Under the About product menu, shows the update did take, showing (adaptation version

As per an answer (pointed out by rudi) given by evo3de in this question. I tried it, but it still didn't clear the update notification.

I'm at a loss as to what to do to remove the notification, but ultimately I'm not bothered but felt I should report the 'bug/glitch'. Any ideas/info gratefully received.

This also solves the issue and removes the upgrade notification:

Did you already have a look at zendesk support page? There is an article especially for early adopters, what to do, if update fails or something similar.
