When phone is connected to Windows via USB, MicroSD-card should show up as removable disk.

Answering my own question, I got it to work with help of JollaSuomi forums. Not as removable drive, but accessible directory in "Phone Memory". I also posted this answer to another question:

You can make a symbolic link of sdcard directory to your home directory via Jolla Terminal. All you need to do is enable developer mode, open terminal and run commands:

cd ~
ln -s /run/user/100000/media/sdcard .

This it what shows when Jolla is connected via USB to Windows 7:

SD-card accessible via USB
