Since Sailfish is intended to be used not only on Jolla's devices, the issue of commercial packages should be somehow addressed. For instance, I just installed Sailfish on my new Nexus 5 (since Jolla's handset doesn't work with my LTE network), and the first thing that I encountered was missing ActiveSync client, which I unfortunately need for my work calendar. Yeah, I'd prefer to use CalDAV for that purpose, but alas, my work provider doesn't offer it :( And no one so far made a functional FOSS version of the client like it happened with Samba / CIFS.

Since ActiveSync is a commercial package, can you provide some way for users of non Jolla Sailfish devices to buy the client? And I guess that can extend to any commercial option that you offer. Is it feasible and do you have any plans for such option?

This could also be extended to Myriads Alien-Dalvik for android compatibility on community ports

@r0kk3rz: Yes, Alien Dalvik is probably in demand as well. Personally I'm not so interested in it, but I'm sure many would like to be able to buy it to use on Sailfish.

If you support the idea, please upvote it :)
