Accidentally voting up twice removes the up vote [answered]

If you vote up again for a question that you have already voted up for, your up vote gets removed.
If you don't remember all the questions you upvoted, you can accidentally remove your upvote (if you are not looking at the number of votes) without knowing it.
My opinion is that voting up again for a question should do nothing.
If I want to downvote it after I gave a positive vote, I can do it by pressing the downvote button.
I removed the bug tag because it is a matter of opinion, but added the askbot tag instead.
