Hi After 1.1.7.24 update I cannot see/choose mp3-musicfiles in the ambience ringtone settings.
When I try to chance the ringtone to a musicfile located in my SD only one mp3 can be seen. That worked before Björnträsket. Does not work in any ambience.

I am not having this issue with 1.1.7.25. (Did not test with 1.1.7.24.) All of my music is MP3 format files & stored on an SD card. All songs appear to be selectable when setting ringtones from music files.
It may be that most files on your SD card were not properly indexed. If you've installed Sailfish Utilities from the store, you can choose Settings / System / Utilities / Refresh media database to try the indexing again. This can take some time depending on the number of files & power usage will be higher than normal so a charger may be in order.
