[Feature request] Mark WiFi Connection as metered

This is something I saw on Windows (8.1 in my case): WiFi connections can be marked as metered. This flags the connection to have limited bandwith in the case of Windows as far as I understood it.
I think it would be nice to have something similar in SailfishOS as well. That is the feature to mark a WiFi connection such that the OS treats it in terms of usage similar to a mobile network one. Furthermore, it could expose it to alien dalvik as a mobile one as well.
Benefits
when using Internet Sharing with the Jolla tablet my phone's mobile connection will be treated accordingly by the tablet
Public hotspots with download limitations (e.g. at airports) can be used more economically
Concerning technical feasibility, I have no idea how intrusive such a feature would be, if possible at all. But with my Jolla tablet arriving soon (fingers crossed), this would come in handy.
