FLAC file plays too fast when set as e-mail notification tone

I took kde-im-nudge sound to use it as new e-mail tone. Since in KDE it's in Ogg/Vorbs, and there is a file picker bug, I transcoded it to FLAC. However setting it as a tone plays the sound too fast when actual event happens. You can test it with the actual file (see attachment: kde-im-nudge.flac.zip).
My installation: Nexus 5 / Sailfish 1.1.6.27 (with zypper ref -f && zypper dup).
