Email attachment with # in name gets lost sending from Jolla mail client via Gmail

$ echo test >> test#.txt

Open mail client, attach test#.txt, send mail. Appears to succeed, but when mail is opened on my desktop, no attachment.

$ mv test#.txt test.txt

Same procedure works.
