[bug] Incorrect menu entry on SIM toolkit app [released]

Here is SIM toolkit application on my Deutsche Telekom SIM card, as shown on Nexus 5 and Jolla. Some of menu entries are containing "&" character, but they are incorrectly displayed on Jolla. I think there could be other incorrect character handling in the application elsewhere.

Still not fixed as of 2.0.1.11.

Looks like this bug is fixed at least in 2.1.3.7. However not sure about other special character handling.
