connected to internet? Jolla account active? Did you try updating sign-in credentials on Jolla account? After all of these checked, how about after a reboot?

Internet is there all the rest of the store works fine. Singed in again and did a restart. Still the same empty screen.

seems like a new bug then. I tagged the version number, please do so every time you report an issue on Early Adopter version. Thanks for the report!

Coderus to the rescue :)

after it you have to do:

pkcon refresh

pkcon update

Did not work for me. I have still the same issue.

I had this problem too. I solved with coderus fix followed by "pkcon refresh; pkcon update"

Titanium ( 2015-09-01 12:16:43 +0300 )edit

Yes, the idea is to do the trick proposed by corderus (or removed the directory as proposed also) and to do a pkcon refresh.

Delting both directories fixd the problem. So I think Answer can be accepted and thread closed.

Updated to 1.1.7.28 few hours ago and now there is always an error message popping up, "Serious problem with store registration". I removed Jolla account and recreated it, but did not fix the problem. Also multiple reboots did not help.

Store error

Also warehouse does not work: Warhouse error

According to error message in warehouse it seems as package manger think there is still an ongoing update. But update page shows up to date with 1.1.7.28. Are there any new advices on this topic?

Hello! A message just to say that I have the same problem here, didn't find any clue yet.

Do you have developer mode active? Then you should try this from maemo talk: delete zypp cache

When not active, i know only the hard way with recovery tools, mount root partition and delete there.

Answer from Aashish fixed the issue for me.

Same problem here.

I had the same issue. Store keeps trying to load, but nothing happens.

What I did is Settings --> System --> Utilities --> Rebuild app registry

This fixed the problem for me, and now the app store works again.

Same problem here, can't install anything from Jolla Store or Warehouse. Can't remove apps either to try that. Can't try the Coderus-solution mentioned, because when enabling developer mode, phone replies "Failed to install jolla-developer-mode" and the circle closes.

You could try to remove your Jolla account and add it again, it might solve your issue... And prior doing this, remove the app you just installed, thanks!

Hi Eric Did that and it's still the same.

Let me know if I can fetch anything from the shell like logs or something which could help you debug the issue.

Still the same issue in 1.1.7.28

Check your Settings is there Sailfish utilities? or only Utilities? If yes try deleting store cache in german language it should be called something like paket-cache or store-cache löschen.

There is "Utilities" only. But no posibility for cleaning cache. The only plausible option there is "App-Registry wiederherstellen" (restore app registry). But this did not solve the issue!
