Disable Jack output

Hello,

I just broke a jack connector inside the phone plug. How can I disable the jack audio output ? I can't use the phone because all the sounds are routed to the jack output instead of the speaker...

Hello!

Try in developer mode command:

pacmd set-sink-port 1 output-speaker

But this works until first event( incoming call).

Try to get out jack. Made in a jack of 1-2 mm diameter hole and screw (drill can be jammed and so you pull jack).

i think drilling won't work. the jack will turn. i bet when you open the phone you will be able to push the jack out see this pic:

I think not prevent any advice. And the owner has select the method. Here's another: Super glue, and a match.
