Hello sailors!

Does anybody know...

if there is an auto update option in warehouse similar to the one in Jolla store? Maybe an update option for all new versions with just one click.
how to check if warehouse apps are (meanwhile) also obtainable in Jolla store?
how to exchange warehouse apps with the same in Jolla store easily?

No, you have to manually refresh package lists from repositories. In Warehouse use the pulley menu and chose "Check updates". You can also go to "My profile" then "Show updates" and click on "Check for updates" - there you can also observe how packages (apps) are being checked for updates. Possible updates should appear after a bit (depends how many repositories you have enabled).
There is no possibility to check that. Sometimes developers write in the app-description on Warehouse, that the app is published in Jolla store. Warehouse is a community project and nothing provided by Jolla. It's also not recommended to use Warehouse apps if you're not aware of the risks (and there are some!). Once a developer thinks his app is ready for a public release, they submit it to the store. So it's up to the developer to decide that...
You don't need to exchange them. If you don't want updates anymore via warehouse, you can disable the repository of the app or simply only use the official store for updates. In some cases it's possible that installing the app from the store creates a 2nd icon without your previous userdata. That happens when a developer decides (or has to because of store rules) change the name of application and folder for user files in .local/share or .cache. With a file manager (available in Jolla store) you could transfer your old userdata from the older folder to the new one (usually harbour-appname). But I don't recommend that and it might not work.

Okay.
So there is no possibility to check, if and when an app has moved from warehouse to Jolla store (except manually)!? :-/
Does this mean, that all apps which were installed via warehouse and have moved from warehouse to Jolla store afterwards are updated through Jolla store even if I have NOT installed them again through Jolla store?

No there isn't - two independent app sources and developers decide which one, if and when they want to use them (many devs don't even publish app in Warehouse first). So far, most devs keep their apps up-to-date in Warehouse AND Jolla store (official store ones need first approval through Jolla). You can see many Warehouse apps as "alpha/beta versions" for testing. As with every software, the final version usually needs to be installed over the beta version. Of course some apps/hacks are only in Warehouse cause they wouldn't be allowed in the official store...
When you have an app installed via Warehouse AND Jolla Store, you have 2 active repositories. So the updating-process picks out the package which is more up-to-date (has higher version number). You don't really have to do anything and it doesn't really matter if you update in Jolla Store or Warehouse.

Repositories and packages are a very common way to keep Linux systems up-to-date, so if you're interested in understanding how that works, I'm sure you find a good explanation on the internet :-)
