[bug] new os upgrade notification even set MANUAL

noticed that after visiting store i got notification that new version is available even i didnt do check for new os version

got feedback from one customer who stuck on older release that he needs to get away OS update icon...

so if there is MANUALY check for new versions, it should not check for that and then not distrub by the icon...

reason: planning to stay for while at 1.x and then i dont want to see update icon all the time...

I have the same problem. Had set the OS updates to manual check only, and the first time I opened the Jolla store, it automatically checked for the OS update and displayed the notification.

I think this is a problem of the Jolla Store app which does not take into account the setting for OS updates and always checks for everything when it starts.

Edit: I took the liberty of adding the "jolla-store" tag as well. You can remove it if you think it is not relevant.
