Would be nice to be able to open the Gallery directly from within the Camera. An 'Open Galery' option in the pulley menu or even an icon somewhere on with in the app, anything really..

Sliding from left to right from the main camera screen shows the pictures that you have taken so I'm not sure why you necessarily need to access the whole of Gallery?

Accessing an editing app would be useful though.

@ninepine because Gallery is the place where pictures end up, so this has been very useful in N9 to go directly from Camera to Gallery

It would be handier to be able to browse more pics than just one at time (going left after taking picture). What if I take many pictures one after another and then want to share the one pic 25 shots ago? Would be easier to just one click & open the gallery instead of sliding 25 times left... This was already working that way in N9 / MeeGo. So I agree with the op.

Just keep sliding, you'll find more pictures...

I edited the title because it seemed to not describe well what the question is about. I hope this is an improvement.

Add 'Edit' in the pulley menu from Share (pictures)

As mentioned by @ninepine the option to edit pictures, when you check them in the camera app would be useful. As you might want to enhance, to crop or to change the size of a picture before you share it, it is indeed an essential option to have 'Edit' right there in the pulley menu.

Add Gallery icon in camera app for quick access to Gallery

As mentioned by the author, to have quick access to Gallery from the camera would be a desirable option. It is true as mentioned in the comments, that you might as well swipe through your pictures from the camera app. @goldenm, who shoots a lot misses the Gallery with the thumbnails displayed. Considering that sliding pictures is one of the less powerful features of the Jolla (it helps to split them - tap first, then swipe), I see the point there.

Add swipe (down or up) back to camera from any picture in the camera app

As you swipe back through the pictures in the camera app, the way back to the camera gets longer and longer. If it is not to big a job, I'd much prefer to get back to the camera with one swipe up or down from any picture, instead of digging my way back through all the pictures. Alternatively to a swipe, 'Camera' as an option in the pulley menu Share (pictures) would also do.
