[Feature Request]Allow Camera screen rotation even when orientation is locked

Usually I would like to use the phone in portrait mode. But it always needs to take photos in landscape mode. For this, I have to change the orientation setting to dynamic before use camera, very incovenient. In 1.x, I can change the setting fast with eventsview controls patch and orientation control plugin(https://openrepos.net/content/gexc/orientation-control-plugin). However, it seems the eventsview in Sailfish OS 2.0 isn't as convenient as that in 1.x. So please change the design in 2.0, as the title says. Thank you!
