[Feature Request]Patch for keeping first apps row on homescreen

Hi sailors ! On the 1.1.9.28 we can't see permanently the first rows ( called favourites before )

I hope someone can make a little patch to fix it and keep the first row accessible without any click.

EDIT : By the way can someone say me why you can see the first row when clicking only if you haven't any app opened?

I think it would be enough to make the one tap function even if there are running application(s). I vote this version. :) This patch is almost perfect: https://openrepos.net/content/nodevel/patch-improved-launcher-hinting but unfortunately one other function (Every time you go to the homescreen) isn't optional and this is slow down the use speed, I hope that will be updated soon.
