After update Gallery app do not include any of the old photos (including read only SD-card which Jolla broke and those stored on the phone), the same applies for Music and play lists, they do not appear in the Media player. I can access the files with the File Browser. Running the Utilities/Refresh media database do not change anything, only photos taken after the update is visible in the Gallery or new media files created after the update (note that touch file do not make it appear in the media listing, you need to cp file newname).

I have the same (similar) issue. Gallery does no longer list my old photos and videos. Documents says I have no documents yet.

Media seems to be just fine.

I did Utilities/Refresh media database, then reboot.

Now everything is back ok, Gallery and Documents.

Pls try to re-boot as Timo Mylläri suggested. This seems to happen every now and then after updates and is fixed by a re-boot or by

tracker-control -krs

from the command line. Utilities/Refresh media database is no good anymore, it's broken. See this:

the tracker-control -krs just cleared away the new media, reboot did work, except it do not index media on the read only SD-card. Still don't see a reboot as a good "fix", if I did, I would have a WP.
