Hello, with r1.1.9.28 the first line with favourite apps is missing/not reachable from the homescreen any more. Now one has to scroll up an entire page to reach the favourite app! Instead, there is now a line with batterie status and time, which is useless in terms that the user catches this information anyways when unlocking the phone and if not, could easily reach this info line by only slightly swiping the homescreen, not through a full swipe as necessary to reach the first line of app icons now. In brief: The new arrangement sucks big time!

As said, it's a feature in the latest release and this topic has been discussed in several other questions. Like here. So closing as a duplicate.

re-tagged "feature-request" instead of "bug"

However, still a duplicate. ;)

As an early access user, you should read the release notes before posting bugs.

The first row of app launcher icons is no longer visible in the homescreen. The app launcher is now accessible from anywhere in the UI with a swipe up gesture from the bottom edge.

Just the others have stated, this is not a bug.
