[request] when android app is uninstalled, greyed home cover should be removed

with 1.1.9.28, app covers sometimes get greyed out when the application is killed by the OOM.

if it is an android app, and you further decide to uninstall the app with the greyed cover, the cover stays on the home screen. tapping on it causes it to show the graphic (rotating icon) that it is attempting to load the app. after a few seconds, it fails but the cover stays.

it is a bit confusing for new users. i suggest to remove the cover when the application is also uninstalled.

Welcome to GNU/Linux, you can wipe the system clean while all open apps remain in RAM, including but not limited to your home-screen (lipstick). That the cover remains on home-screen after oom hit it is a feature it seems (closing it and it remains is a bug -> https://together.jolla.com/question/107643/applications-close-automatically-android-apps-doesnt-close-properly-sfos20/ )
