Cannot update to 1.1.9.28,from 1.1.7.28

I did just that and my phone crashed so that I had to send it to repairs :(

I had tried to update my phone by normal way before,but unfortunately it can not download the update .So I want to update in Terminal.

It is maybe not a good idea to try to force the update in the terminal if the normal official way via the settings updater is not working. I would be a better idea to figure out why the official way is not working.

I have a the same error message "Error:Authentication failed(is SSU set up correctly?)" and i did a factory reset to solve it: https://together.jolla.com/question/105675/cannot-update-to-117/

Thanks for your advice.Now I had solved the problem by change the domain from jolla to sales. First,check up the domain by input "ssu s" in terminal. Then ,if the domain is jolla,you have to change it by input "ssu domain sales". That is all.
