According to the 1.1.9 changelog:

[sailfish-browser] Add black glassed background for pages and dialogs. Contributes to JB#28844

I don't like this inconsistency regarding the ambience. We have the ambience in all apps, browser shouldn't be an exception. I don't understand the reason and can't find the JB#28844 – don't know where it is reported.

Doesn't, for example, Theme.highlightDimmerColor have the same effect on rendering as Black? – sorry if silly question.
