3D (CAD) model of the tablet

It would be great to have a 3D model files of the tablet available somewhere, so it would be possible to design own 3D printed covers etc. Even the plain measures would be a good start.

That includes only the TOH for the phone, nothing for the tablet.

@pnuu sorry, I really managed to ignore the word "tablet" in your question. Don't know how this happened. :)

You could try and contact Dirk van Leersum. ATM he's working on a cover for the tablet, so I guess he must have found a way to get what you're looking for.
