When you have a missed calendar event, there is high risk that you don't notice that, since it can only be seen on the notification screen or in the calendar app. So I suggest to trigger the LED, let's say white (even if that adds one more meaning to white LED). Or any other colour...

A good idea. A calendar notification is a notification like any other. In a way, one could say even more important.

Added internal ticket for the change request.

As a workaround; would it be possible to handle the calendar similar to messengers as described in thread [feature-request] Add Missing Apps to the chat application list ? Of course our calendar is not an Android app, but maybe there is a similar way for triggering notifications / LED for native apps?

@spiiroin: this is apparently still open since 2015 :-(( What about that internal ticket?

@Holger By the looks of it, this feature has not exactly been gaining traction ...

hi, schturman. i´m quite new to this forum. not sure if this is the right place to ask this question- tried to install the patch (on SFOS, but wasn´t successful. bubble came up, saying "Problem with Installing..." - The unsecure software option was enabled. - Any idea what might have gone wrong? Thx.

try to download this package to your phone and install it manually from terminal, and show me the output:
pkcon install-local -y /path/to/package.rpm
