The camera application takes a photo when volume+ is pressed. I would like to see the same action using hands-free head set. Especially over bluetooth.

Basically: Click volume+ on headset -> take a picture (when camera application is acive).

There are also some selfie sticks using Bluetooth instead of wired connection for triggering a photo.

That could also be useful.

Bluetooth selfie sticks already work, or at least they did a few software releases ago, as a friend made me try one and I was flabbergasted that it actually worked. I think the clicker is a bluetooth keyboard and the camera app listens for "enter" or something like that.

Great news! Tried with Nokia BT (Nokia Reaction BH 907) hands-free and a couple of bulk earphones with hands-free volume buttons and none did have this functionality.

Using wired remote camera button via 3.5 mm headset plug has been previoulsy requested: https://together.jolla.com/question/97820/support-for-external-camera-shutter-button/
