We have the problem, that we can´t sync emails with our Groupewise Mobility Server. Seems SailfishOS is using protocoll 14.0 and other clients (blackberry, Android and co) using 14.1. Serveradminconsole showes all syncronized, but device sync only folder without content. Syncing no contacts and no calendar

This bug prevent us to using SailfishOS Devices for business proposals.

Edit: Now upgrated to 2.0.0.10 and still not working. Any new updates for this issue? Planned for Update Ver 2.X.X.XX?

Edit: 2.0.1.7 - Calendar sync both ways. E-mail only oneway to the Server, not to the Phone.

Edit: 2.0.2.11 - Are any developer working on this issue?

Edit: Update 2.0.2.48 Aurajoki - Not working

Edit: 2.1.0.9 IiJoki - Now seems to be that i can see the folder structure, but e-mails -> Jolla will not be synced

We have implemented support for all protocol versions >= 12 in our new ActiveSync plugins. I can't give an ETA on when that will be released on the Jolla Phone, at this stage, as we first need to figure out how to migrate existing accounts to the new plugins. More information will hopefully become available over the next month or so. It should already work on the Jolla Tablet as that includes the new plugins by default.

Yes, would be nice to hear if the new EAS plugin made it into 2.0.0.10?

Sorry, it did not (for the phone). I still don't have a solid ETA on when that is going to happen.

Ok. Still waiting for my tablet. The sooner we get the new EAS stack into our hands, the sooner we can give you feedback. I hope the non-compatibility with OX EAS has been fixed in the meanwhile. Thx for keeping us up to date!

ENV: Jolla phone with 2.0.1.7 version , GroupWise 2014R2 server

WHAT WORKS: Sync for calender works both ways . Sending email works from jolla

WHAT DOESN'T WORK: Can't see any emails that I have received

I have enabled activesync debug logging on jolla .. So if someone would like to have go with analysing i can provide the log.

UPDATE: I reported this issue to jolla help desk and they replied: Snip1: "Officially we only support Microsoft's implementation of Exchange, so there's high probability we won't be able to enable this functionality in the near future" Snip2: "However, since you mention that is has worked before, I have filed a bug in our internal bug tracking system about your report. This allows our developers to investigate and chime in. " the ticket was closed after the email .. so there ended that support ticket. Quite annoying ..

@heikkiyp if you can send me the logs, I will take a look - chris dot adams at jolla dot com - but it will be lower on my priority list than a few other things I need to work on over the next week or so.

I have the same problem: SailfishOS 2.0.0.10 and GroupWise 2014R2 server. Before upgrading GW (12->14R2) everything worked fine almost 2 years. After GW upgrade and before phone restaring it was OK too. Subsequently after restarting phone I have noticed the problem. Now I am trying account deleting, reenabling, resyncing, provisioning on/off, even using another Jolla phone with fresh installation of the MS Exchange Active Sync support without any success.
