I don't know for sure, but probably, based on a quick read from here; https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-ssh-to-connect-to-a-remote-server-in-ubuntu

I know how to do that from Linux, i just want to know if i can do the same in the Jolla Terminal. (Install SSH Keys in the device and connect remotely for example to a Linux server on DigitalOcean).

Then you would know how to do it on a Jolla device using built in Terminal (Fingerterm/bash).

Sailfish OS is a Linux-based general-purpose operating system.

Cool - welcome to TJC, now all you need is a Jolla device - tablet or phone? ;)
