cannot access sd card after reset

got the problem to not get access to my sd card after i did reset the phone to restore my dataprotection... hope somebody knows how to solve this..
edit: i went through a bunch of past requests and tried out to fix issue with several instructions ending unsuccesfull.
gotta get my contacts back...

Let me know what you find.thx for your help again @Markkyboy :) on filebrowser there is no /media on nemo, only find a nemo/android_storage/media, but no /sdcard to find at all (also with search on all sys) same after rebooting without and then again with sdcard in slot.
