due the large growing amount of additional utilities and patches we are able to install it's easy to loose overview what all things are installed.

wouldnt it be great to have a system setting function to apply / unapply all installed openrepositories in one step to make secure resets and udates?

you can get really silly to 'unapply all patches' if you have installed a number of these great functions...

Hi, you are mixing up openrepos and UI patches, you should change the title.

@Sthocs not mixing up but taking together: in my understanding its not only patches that need to be unapplyed, it's also plugins and applications like orientation control, ringingrestorer orphonehook. these aren't listed in the patchmanager.

@elex Basil/Custodian is the man behind Openrepos warehouse app, you could try to contact him, or at least tag this post with "warehouse". There's also a support thread on talk.maemo.org: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=91574

I've wondered myself how people deal with this, do they have some good method already for it?

You could make a feature request to patchmanager developer Sfiet_Konstantin, about a "Unapply all" button.

yeah thats what i was thinking too - but not all openrepos are shown in patchmanager, so if you haven't made a list what all things you've got installed you have to cruise through warehouse and check it acoording to the developers of all openrepos you've got enabled.

edit: request done - not the hole solution, but yet a part of it.
