(android, or general) default apps in 1.1.9

Hi all,

since upgrading to 1.1.9, android apps open the Jolla broswer for web and the Jolla mail program for mail. I'd however like them to open Android apps (K9 mail / Firefox). (Why? ... well, honestly, I'm using whatsapp, want to mail myself a payment link, and Jolla mail somehow scrambles my payment link).

The strange thing is, I've "Default app manager" for Android installed ... everything's set to K9 / Firefox there. But: no effect in whatsapp.

Anyone else having similar problems?

Anyway, I'd like to use K9mail as my default mail programme ... but I find nowhere I can set it. Would be lovely to have a setting for this :)

It may be due to xdg_open in xdg_utils not working properly https://together.jolla.com/question/110408/xdg-open-no-longer-working/
