When i take a photo or a screenshot, the image appears only after reboot in the Gallery This problem started since 1.1.9.28

This is an old and well known problem with the Gallery app. It was discussed for example here, or here, or here. Something wrong with image tracker and Jolla doesn't seem to put it in it's urgent 'todo' list…
You can install Sailfish Utilities from the store as @nthn mentioned in his comment, but in my case it rearly works, only rebooting helps.
There was some sort of bug in the Utilities that didn't invoke the tracker properly, but it should be fixed now see this answer:

You can install Sailfish Utilities and then use the 'Refresh media database' option, it should fix your problem.
