[1.1.9.28] WiFi keeps disconnecting

Since I updated to 1.1.9.28 my phone suffers from occasional WiFI disconnects. WiFi strength does not matter; this happens even if the phone is directly next to the router. After the phone disconnected from Wifi it will not reconnect unless both WiFi and mobile data connections are disabled, then re-enabled. Disabling and re-enabling WiFi alone does not fix the problem if mobile data remains active at the same time. Also, after disconnecting from WiFi, the phone will switch to mobile data (if enabled), but it won't switch back.

This primarily seems to happen when the phone is idling around, so it may or may not be related to power saving. The issue usually occurs a few times a day.

Here's the output of journalctl -m: https://gist.githubusercontent.com/t-lo/e41f0c89b3adb0d298b9/raw/3fd8798dc02ef3e9da2d9b5678e020de465abf80/wlan-disconnect.log . It covers the time span that had the WiFi disappear; after a while (at the end of the log) I did the WiFi + mobile data de-activation / re-activation dance and things went back to normal.

Finally, there's a nasty combination of this bug and the XMPP disconnect one: https://together.jolla.com/question/51202/xmpp-account-disconnects-by-itself-unable-to-reconnect-without-rebooting/ . Sometimes, even when I succeed to get back on WiFi, the second bug would hit, and I would need to reboot the phone in order to use my XMPP account again. This happens about once a day.
