It could be very handy in some situations, to lock some rows of the app-grid and have it permanently show up in that position asside current screen contents until released again. Within the snapped app-grid it should remain possible to scroll through the grid without releasing the grid again. The “snappy grid” behaviour could be also disabled in Settings if undesired.
Even though I posted this a while ago within the jolla blog I'm doing it here again to make it votable for a hopefully improved SFOS 2 experience ...
