[BUG] Browser displays artifacts when scrolling (1.1.9.28)

2) Keep on scrolling down quickly in portrait mode

3) Every once in a while you see artifacts on both sides of the page where the scroll bar used to be

Not only on that page but I also recogniced artifacts are quite common in 1.1.9.28.

I can confirm this.
