The update from 1.1.9.24 to 1.1.9.28 does not work. It says 'Jolla Store Problem - size of update cannot be found' (the error message was in German, I do not know the correct einglish message). The tablet tries to download the update, but stops after some tries. Factory rest (2x) does not help.

I have made a manual update: pkcon update pkcon get-updates (as root)

Now the correct update is installed and shown

UPDATE Jolla zendesk helped me very fast in solving this issue. It was a server problem and the tablet updates now normally. Thank you

Maybe you are looking for the version 1.1.9.28

The proper way for a CLI upgrade is ssu re $version with $version being an actual version number, followed by version --dup - while pkcon might work it is not adviceable to use pkcon on a system with other repositories enabled, neither is version though, only the GUI upgrade disables all unnecessary repos and therefore does not pull in odd versions from openrepos et al. Luckily this should not be an issue on a freshly reset device, I comment this just in case you attempt to upgrade the CLI way in the future so you are hereby warned!

Thanks for your answer, this was actually the information I needed. As I have a nearly unchanged and reset device, this did not affect me, but I will save your advice for future problems (may they not occur!)

@MaxT still wondering why, if you did not run into maintenance time on the servers like @Philippe De Swert said. Would you mind to stay in open dialogue with Jolla about this? Server or account issues are what makes people mad, even more when they just unpacked a device.

yes, but did not help, status bar of update increases to about 10%, then goes back to the beginning and starts again.

Have you tried again? There was some maintenance going on the infrastructure this weekend.

No progress yet, update still cannot be downloaded, do you think it is a server side issue? I thought it was tablet based.
