Show which twitter account the notification is for

if you have multiple accounts, it gets confusing when there are twitter updates.
Currently the notification text says "You have new followers" and if you have multiple twitter accounts configured then it could say this more than once.
Either it should say; <account name=""> has new followers, or then separate the twitter accounts out.</account>
