Is there a native file browser app available for the Jolla tablet?

I have it one the phone but I can't find it in the Jolla store on the tablet. Also the file manager or files is no longer available.

What do I need to do to install it?

For a simple file browser you can also use Webcat which allows you to open a simple file browser by entering about:file in the adressbar. This will allow you to browse your filesystem, remove a file or open a file.
