The latest pre-release, 2.0.0.10 looks great, however, i got stuck with tweets appearing in the events view, and which for some reason they cannot be removed?

Me too. Have rebooted but still can't delete them.

Also Still can't tweet (or post to facebook) from events screen which was an AWESOME ability that I've really been missing, was hoping for it to return with version 2...

Confirmed. The ability to post tweets natively would be really nice.

Not just tweets, i have a notification stuck from Jolla store telling me to update apps, even tough they are updated.

This is deliberate; the twitter feed is different from system/app notifications as it is a stream that is continuously updated, so therefore individual items are not removable.

interesting.. and good to know..

I rather use the small client from the store as "handling" with the stream is a bit unpretty... (especially the opened web browser when klicked)

How do I refresh the stream? (I have set it to manual update).

Go to Settings | Accounts and press+hold on the account in the list to get a context menu, and press "Sync". Alternatively open the account settings page and use the pulley menu "Sync" option.

Okies, thanks. IIRC, Update option was present in Events view itself so was thinking if it could be achieved in same screen.

There's an option in the account settings to automatically update the twitter feed when you flick to the Events view, and when this is enabled it will also update the feed regularly while it is on screen.
