The animation from the new shotcuts view, back to the home screen, is not fading in the same nice way, like swiping back to homescreen from the events view. I would prefer the less clumsy way, seamlessly fading from the colored background, of the shortcuts view, to the homescreen, just as aforementioned, in the way it takes place from the events view.

That is because it isn't the events-view, therefore it is fading the colour instead of just 'rolling'. And while I am here, and tried it myself, this is a very subjective request and far away from a bug.

Now that i thought about it with your words in mind, I'm sure that iy's not a bug. But isn't it a bit inconsistence? Or is that inconsistency, just because in my opinion it belongs to the events view?

EDIT: I just saw, that the animation just seems different, because the background of the shortcuts view is much more opaque than the background from the events view. It is good to see, when the shortcuts view does not take the whole place of the screen. Then there is a part of the events view still visible.
