Access favorite settings shortcuts also from home screen

Since 2.0.0.10 you can pull down favourite settings shortcuts in Events view.
I think this would be nice for home screen, too. As for now it feels a bit inflexible to have nothing to pull down there - only as an option, of course.
I would like to choose either or. Not both, it would make the UI too clutteder. So a small tap to the settings, wether to show the shortcuts in the Events or Home screen would be nice.

But I would maybe want to see the lock screen pulley to be moved/copied to the home screen.. But that's another topic. :P
