Camera should revert to previous settings after selfie quick action

After having launched camera via quick action take a selfie it sticks to using front cam the next time you launch it via Camera app.

I almost never use front camera when launching it from app itself. So I manually have to change to back cam, which is a bit annoying when I am in a hurry.

I think it should always be started with the according parameter for using the front camera, or revert to original settings after launch from this specific quick action, or maybe another quick action take a picture could be provided.

[EDIT] Available workaround: Create a quick action using the back-cam yourself, or download and install this package (patch manager required).

Oh, you are one of three people actually finding the quick actions? I learned of them via the settings app and then searched the OS for them...

How about an option to choose "Return to main camera always" or "Leave camera as is" - it's nice to have options.

Need to be careful when adding options, if majority of people don't care it's just noise on the UI. But one option indeed could be to return always to main camera when the app is started, regardless whether user switched earlier to the other camera from the app or triggered the selfie action.

Polls need attention not to give skewed results, and frankly I don't think this is big enough detail to matter that much.
