Theotherhalf isn't valid. Problem with the store. [duplicate]

Ahoy, sailors. I asked help to the jolla support but after 18 days nobody answer me. I have a problem with my jolla, since i opened the box. the phone don't recognize the other half (white, i don't have still the limited edition) the phone tell me that there's a problem with the store, Other Half isn't valid. I tried to reset, restore, update to the last build but nothing. Some good souls could help me?

It seems:
- you are not the only one with that problem.
- you do not really loose a lot. May guess: Just some Ambience images, maybe with preconfigured.Ambience settings.
