I think Sailfish can do better than Android and i would LOVE to have the ability setting up per-app-permissions for important sources like my contacts-list, location, appointments, etc.

Also it should be possible to disable sync of calendar, contacts, etc for ever - some hours -or - some minues. And separately i´m missing a setting to disable downloading pictures in emails automatically. This is a huge leak of security.

Google failed at this point. Jolla should offer the users a better OS with a better privacy care.

Nope it´s not. I have written down more points and i was talking about permissions - not the API. This is not the same.

Well, sorry about being too quick, I read the header and first paragraph which was the same issue (else it's already an duplicate of https://together.jolla.com/question/11833/wanted-app-rights-management/ ).

You should not ask multiple questions in the same question. It's hard to answer it properly. Together.jolla.com is mostly a community effort and a way for Jolla to collect issues and views. Making many post, especially if they are similar, does not help here. Instead it lowers the signal to noise ratio so that's actually harder to make valid points.
