I find that the idea of getting the favorite settings in the events view is pretty good. However, the way it is implemented at the moment doesn't improve that much the ergonomic. Indeed, before that, to toggle something, I needed to make a swipe from the button, then click the parameters app to open it, then click on the button I added in favorite (3 actions). Now, I need to swipe from the left to open the event view, swipe to show the favorite settings in the view and click on the button. It has exactly the same number of actions.
It could be improved if for instance, inside the favorite we choose the 4 most important (or they are deduced automatically from our habits), and they are always shown in the top of the event view, with a smaller icon (they also take quite a lot of place at the moment).

Or to have shortcuts on home instead. I can't understand the relation between shortcuts and events.

It's the same number of actions AND the user interface is now less consistent AND the "Settings" application cover is less useful. :-/
