[BUG?] Clock not updated in roaming.

Hi
I'm traveled today to Austria and when my phone connected to the local network I noticed that time on the phone is not updated. It still show me time of Israel.
I needed to disable "Automatic update" in the Time and Date setting and needed to choose the new time zone.
Is this bug or normal behavior?

Hi! It depends on local providers' "technology" if time is updated or not. I've got the same problem in A, but for example in FI time is always updated when I arrive. As a workaround I connect to the airport's WLAN, and the phone's time is set at once.
