Bug: Cutespotify/Alarm+Notificactions conflict

I don't know who's "fault" it is, but still when I use CuteSpotify to listen music with the headset, and some notification comes in, or the alarm rings, actually what happens is that I can't hear the notification sound, and instead the headphone gets turned off and the music plays very loud on the phone's speakers for the length of the notification sound. Then it goes back to normal.
