They're hard to ignore, covering the first few pages. This has happened several times now. I would expect better preventive measures against this kind of spamming.

Best way to handle the spam at the moment is to use the "flag offensive" option, that is available for all users with karma more than 5. When enough users flag the post it will automatically get deleted. Tagging or any other modifications are not needed.

What would you think of suspending user access at least for an hour if flagged offensive more than two times in one post?
