[feature request] Visibile network signal strength while calling

the idea is that to put a signal strength indicator while making a call
It will be useful cause while speaking to some one while the signal strength is low i need to awipe and check the signal strength.. By the time i check it the call gets dis-connected.
It would be a handy feature to place a network strength indicator while placing or making a call..
The implementation can be like the battery overlay app
