My guess would be it is a CAD model of the Jolla Phone 1 with camera put in the wrong place... Rest looks pretty much like it.

That's a prototype which was first presented in Mai 2013 at "JollaLoveDay" to promote the Jolla Phone pre-order campaign.
It can also be seen in this rendered video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4lWTsqFe6I.
Volume/Power-buttons were on the other side as well as different camera position - I think the screen bezel was bigger as well. One of the reasons, Jolla decided to change some stuff, could be the necessary quick switch to Qualcomm because ST-Ericsson stopped manufactoring the chip Jolla originally had chosen.
